I have been at the Shenandoah apartments for a year This is such a great place to live. . The interior of the apartment is beautiful and updated, clean. I lived there a year but I never had any issues or problems. I will definitely come back here one day. All the residents are friendly and the maintenance staff Chad and young quiet guy John they are wonderful is quick and courteous! Management Jesica my favorite lady she nice kind lovely beautiful is great she is fantastic!! I love area centrally located a close to everything shopping center bus train station Gas Station restaurant freeway hospital. We have also loved our neighbors and made friends here, which is rare in apartment living. Thank you Shenandoah Apartments for providing such a lovely community.

My partner and I love living here. The interior of the apartment is beautiful and updated, we have a great view of the mountains, and the maintenance staff are amazingly speedy and friendly. I've lived in places where the maintenance is pretty good, but the staff here, Chad and John, are better than anywhere else I've lived. Chad has come and helped us out with maintenance issues late at night on a few occasions, and boy is he timely. Make sure that you're ready for visitors before you put in a maintenance request because he'll be there in 10 minutes! He is the complex's MVP! This is also a very dog friendly apartment as well. The staff take care to make sure that the dog trash baskets are emptied regularly, that dog bags are always available, and the grass looks clean and well taken care of. While you are close to major roads, the apartment complex has a semblance of neighborhood privacy by being surrounded by trees, and is located at an end of a street. We have also loved our neighbors and made friends here, which is rare in apartment living. Thank you Shenandoah Apartments for providing such a lovely community.

Management is amazing!! They've been so helpful and kind with everything, from package delivery issues to maintenance requests to rent concerns. I definitely recommend this place to any future renters!

I love this place! Jessica the property manager is so quick to respond on any help I need and always so kind and helpful. She has truly turned this place into a wonderful place to live and is so vigilant with her management skills, she notices everything!! 10/10 reccomend a place to live. 🫶🏼

I lived here for two years with a roommate in a two bedroom apartment. Maintenance is top notch. If you put in a request, the gentleman in the blue jeep is there within the hour and he is seriously so nice!!

I just renewed my lease for another year! This is such a great place to live, quiet and safe, with super easy freeway access. All the residents are friendly and keep their patios and deck areas clean and neat. Management is great, and the maintenance staff is quick and courteous!

These Apt are amazing we looked at a one bedroom you walk in and the kitchen oh my my it's awesome they have lights that are Bluetooth so you could listen to your music through the lights and make dinner.

I have been at the Shenandoah apartments for a year now. I love it here it’s in a tucked in area centrally located a close to everything I need from grocery stores to gyms, parks bars and restaurants a shopping centers. My apartment is very spacious completely new updated and modern. Management is fantastic!! I’ve only had an issue a few times but both times when I contacted them they were on top of it. No apartment complex is perfect they all have their pros and cons, but for the price an location in a growing city like SLC you can’t beat this price, space and location.

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and have enjoyed living here! The apartments are completely updated with very nice finishings, something I haven’t seen in any other apartments at this price range. My rent did go up quite a bit after the first year but they do give concessions. Maintenance is always super speedy and Jenni in the office is a fantastic representative! She is always kind and empathetic and does whatever she can to make things right. The location is not the absolute best but the complex itself is tucked away in the right spot so that you don’t hear any road noise and the neighbors are very respectful and quiet, apart from the occasional problem which always gets resolved. Other minor cons are that the AC and heat are quite loud, (fixed by wearing noise cancelling headphones and shutting the door to my room at night) and the combo washer/dryer takes 4-5 hours total to wash and dry, but it doesn’t seem to affect my electric bill. Looking at the absurd price and deposit required for every other apartment complex in the valley, I’m confident I’ll be staying here for a while.

Amazing complex. There's no through street, which is nice, because it prevents people from coming down who don't live there! Also, Jenni and Chad are amazing! Jenni always gets back to you and Chad is a great handyman!

By far the best place for first time renters and young couples, families, or individuals! They have always worked with us and tried to help during struggling times; knowing how crazy the pricing has become for everything. Every place has its issues, but we have always been taken care of in a timely manner.

I love living here, love that its close to the freeway and lots of restaurants. I love that they are dog friendly. They are beautiful inside, updated, cute colors, nice floors, great lighting. I like that there are firepits, and barbeques for us to use! Only things i can really say are not my favorite are how long the dryer takes to dry clothes, the parking (that will be better once they have rebuilt one of the buildings here) and how much I can hear from upstairs neighbors. Overall a great place to live! THE OFFICE STAFF are amazing and always respond quickly to problems.

The appliances are nice, the countertops are granite (albeit white granite - very difficult to keep clean), and the color schemes are great. Would give 5☆ but for the parking dearth and warping in various parts of the floor, like a giant depression in the kitchen and an incline in the bathroom that makes the toilet sit about 3° off level. The office staff is some of the best I've dealt with, however. Incredibly professional and kind, amd always willing to help.

Today I came across a showing of an apartment complex showing open showing of this amazing one bedroom place. I have never seen am apartment complex doing an open showing like this. Normally you would have gone to the apartment and wait for something available but this complex was showing it off like you were buying a home. They had drinks and food for people. The management was nice and kind. Top that off they remodeled the apartment had the new style look and I have seen homes that do not even look this amazing. I have bought a home before and gone to showings and they could not top this showing. I can say if they are like this for showing an apartment that I couldn't think how renting under Shenandoah apartments would be.

Totally renovated

I just moved in to the Shenandoah Apartments. They're nice and modern, true to the photos advertising them. TJ in apartment management was awesome. He was quick to respond, friendly, and easy to work with. We're excited to live here.

My wife and I relocated from ND to Utah and are moving into the Shenandoah apartments. Not only was the process an utter joy (I know, i know, and I am probably understating it!) it was truly a pleasure working with TJ. This man went out of his way to make sure all of our questions were answered and kept us up to date on the paperwork and leasing process the whole way. 5 stars for the beautiful apartment, 6 for TJ.

I wanted to wait to write a review until I had lived in these apartments for some time to be able to get a feel for how they really are. I was concerned moving in because of the negative reviews, but I have been extremely pleased with these apartments. I’ve never had an issue with anything not working properly in my apartment. I’ve never had any issues with the staff. TJ is amazing and has been such a help with any questions or concerns that I may have. The inside of my apartment is newly remodeled and beautiful, everyone I have over is constantly telling me how much they love it here. Being a single girl, safety was a big concern for me. I’ve always felt safe living here. I’ve never had any issues with neighbors or people living in the area. I’ve really enjoyed living here so far and I’m very happy with the choice I made to move in!

TJ and the other staff at The Shenandoah apartments have been so SO so wonderful to work with. They made moving in so easy. Not only that the apartment itself was renovated with such thought and care. Hands-down the easiest move I’ve made and best people to work with. Huge thank you to everyone at Preserve Properties who took the time to plan, execute and create such beautiful apartment homes.

Seriously the most effortless moving in process Ive ever had. I got responses same day, everything was done quickly and I even got keys 2 days after my tour. Honestly, effortless.

I wish I could give this a 3.5. I am very appreciative of management and their responsiveness on maintenance requests. They were mostly very easy to work with and I don't have any complaints there. I do, however, think the apartment was relatively cheaply renovated and in an area that I didn't feel the safest. It was beautiful on the inside, but it was absolutely tiny for the price. If the price was cheaper, I would've considered staying another year, but for the cost and location, it wasn't worth renewing.

Great follow-up on maintenance requests, but they aren't very good at communicating when water is turned off. Clean apartments, roomy and with updated appliances. Not a fan of the all-in-one washing machine and it's really loud, but at least we have one. Tight parking, but it's covered.

Move in was super painless (with the exception of my back). The staff is super friendly and responsive.

Actually I'm living in Shenandoah apartment since September 2016 so it was very good before and now days his changed a lot of things like rent 2 bedroom it was $650 before and now over thousand plus , insurance ,tax, parking, and utilities

Clean, great neighbors, great windows and appliances. Good outdoor space and nice covered parking. We have really enjoyed our stay here!! I only wish there was a bolted lock on the door.

The apartments themselves have recently been renovated and honestly, are very nice. Good looking laminate, high efficiency appliances, chic lighting, good stuff. Pretty small for a one bedroom, but definitely livable. We decided to go with a little bit of a larger unit at a different complex, based mostly on storage. Shenandoah lacks ample storage space, which is important if you're an outdoorsy person and have bikes, skis, etc.
